Quick question about vehicle squadrons for new Guard dex:

Can I mix / match tank types in squads? I'm in an odd spot where my preferred list includes:
3 Griffon Mortars
2 Medusas with BBS
2 Hydra Flak
1 Vanquisher with Pask

The idea is that the 2 Medusas and Pask sit back and potshot tanks. Actually the whole set wouldn't be very mobile.

Bottom line: Can I create a squadron of 2 Medusas and 1 Vanquisher?

'Fraid not. There are very distinct vehicle squadrons defined in the codex:

Hellhound Squadon consisting only of a mix of Hellhounds, Devildogs, and Banewolfs

Valkyrie Assault Squadron

Vendetta Assault Squadron

Ordinance Batteries consisting only of a mix of: Basilisks, Medusa, Colossus, and Griffon

Leman Russ Tank Squadron consisting only of a mix of all the Leman variants

Hydra Flak Tank Squadron

You cannot mix and match between squadrons.

As said by Yad, you could only have 3 of the 4 things you want due to the way they are organised.

Just to confirm it, no you cannot. You can only put into Squadrons the tanks that let you. So no mixing Ordnance tanks with Russes, or Hellhounds with Flak Cannons.
