For my school league army I used a Librarian with Storm shield and Melta Bombs
I won all my games and he was an important factor. It looked bad when I was up against necrons, but he managed to destroy almost two squads of warriors with 'flame breath'. The 7th ed. psychic power system favours single psykers in an army.
My Librarian was a great choice at only 80pts with a 3+ invun. and s8 ap1 armourbane against vehicles.

How are you doing that at 80pts? Doesn't a Librarian have to take Terminator armor before he has access to a Storm Shield?
