I'd like to be able to search/sort posts in the trade forum by location.

I'm wasting a lot of time reading through posts about trades all over the world, when im only really interested in dealing with the UK due to postage prices.

Is this a possibility?

Most posters there will not want to restrict their market by specifying a single country, and those that do can easily add the country name to the subject. The dakka swap shop is something that we dont mind having, but are not too interested in taking much involvement in as there are other options (ebay, bartertown) which do a better job already.

I wouldn't want to force anyone to use it, I just think it would be useful.

Is there any chance of a sticky at the top of the board suggesting people include country name in their title?
