Or is it only 1 Land Raider dedicated to Terminators per army regardless of the types of Terminators
in them?

The wording is
One Terminator Squad i nthe army...
and
One Terminator Assault Squad in the army...
They are different types of squads so you may have both.

RaW is the way to go for ALL of GW's Rules. Any other way makes the game unplayable.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

This I don't agree with. If the rules say something, that is how you should play iy, even if it seems odd. Have you any examples of this?

I actually don't know if I agree with the 'when RAW is wrong' either. I don't think any of the rules are 'wrong' per se. Perhaps poorly thought out, poorly or impossibly worded, or maybe extremely disadvantageous to one side vs. another. But we all know that already... It is GW afterall.
