If you want cannon fodder get 50 Lasguns and get the Warhammer Zombies or something and make them all conscripts. Veterans are not at all cannon fodder, they are pretty fragile.

Order bits from the warstore (lasguns/lasgun arms) and TADA! This would be the ultimate cannon fodder! Take that one guardmen dude that can make them keep coming back and literally you will have one hell of a force. The only problem is that they are more nurgle like =(.
AH! I know!
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat1120035&prodId=prod1170215 Slaanesh Daemons! Get those + the lasgun arms and you got the conscripts FROM HELL!
Then buy the forgeworld for some veterans, and the vets need to be armed way differently. They are very confusing, 2 mobile weapons, 2 heavy weapons, 1 anti tank, 1 anti
MC, 1 close range anti-horde, and one mid range versitile. It sounds good on paper, but your always wasting something... I would go for 2 squads mobile 1 squad stationary if anything. The mobile can be Flamer, Flamer, Melta, Heavy Flamer and the stationary could have the lascannons and
ML's and
GL's. Renegades won't have access to an attack Sentinel, a hellhound or especially a devildog (Chemicle gun is perfect renegade fluff) is much more likely to be seen. The vets in the Valc can all have meltas and the other vets can have grenade launchers and flamers! Lashing people into 3-4 flamer formation = pure win.
I hate to be harsh but at this point your army is laughable bad. Although the company command isn't bad at all, the Kasrkins, well if you are facing
MeQ count them dead the turn they are visible that the enemy can see them, also, why waste their hot shot lasguns? I wouldn't arm them with any special weapons (
PW is fine) to make use of their
meq killers. 2x5 or 10 man vet squads is so easy to kill and again their weapon loadouts are not going to work.... The Valk looks alright, but again, its got a lascannon that will go to waste if you want to use the heavy bolters or the rocket pods to their full potential.
Also, according to my maths (which I could have did wrong) you have another 55 points. And again, take the individual points costs away from all of the units.
PS. The forgeworld would look cool, but I literally just an hour ago, built a forgeworld dark angels dreadnaught, and they are a pain in the a$$. I had to greenstuff + glue eveything so that I didn't sit there for half an hour per glues item. I can't imagine 30+ models from
FW, sanding and cleaning and putting together all those would be quite a pain, but look very cool. (VERY VERY COOL!)
PPS. Because of
IMO Noise Marines being the ultimate
meq killers (Blastmaster, a TON of shots, Doomsiron and Power Weapon can put some MAJOR hurt on anything, and a Sorceror with Wind of Chaos could take out a lashed
SM squad by himself) I would focus on trying to get items to take out
MC's and hordes.
