They look like em-4's "Space Rangers." (Scroll down.) I know some of their molds were acquired from other game lines, but I'm not sure about this one. I've seen some rules for using them with Combat Zone Chronicles, but they might not have been made for that.

I think he was asking about the base, at which point is kinda looks like a Heavy Gear base, at least an old one.

The bases could certainly be Heavy Gear bases. I've seen the em-4 minis in person... I just can't remember what they come with in the way of bases.

Hex bases used to be much more common. GW flight bases used to have hex bases, GW used to make hex slotta bases.

EM4 sells round and hex bases. That's the NCO/Officer from their Space Rangers as stated above.

No they haven't (ALWAYS done round bases for their SF stuff).

Many of the early RT 40k stuff came with hex bases. Their Judge Dredd line had hex-bases as well. The original flight stands were also heaxagonal.
A couple of other companies also made hex slot-type bases (and round ones) not just GW. There were slight differences in them, but not enough to make one companies bases incompatible with GW tabbed minis and vice-versa.

These days, you're most likely to see hex bases on Heavy Hear stuff, admittedly. Hex bases are a holdover from the rpg miniature days, because D&D players used hex-maps.

Those minis are the em-4 STAR RANGERS line. Not GW, but intended to be used as "generic" power armoured space infantry for any SF game (of which 40k is certainly the best known, but at the time, wasn't the ONLY one.). They look somewhat like GW SM, but not enough like them. They look more like several concept art pieces for different "starship troopers"-ish models (this was way before SST was a movie project, too).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
