After dilligent work during the week (picked it up on Sunday), my Valkyrie is nearing completion. Here's a profile shot with everything assembled and optional weapons. The nose, nacelle, and wing hardpoints are all magnetized.

The model is painted with a Rustoleum Camo Green spray with stripes done in Astronomican Grey. C&C's welcome.



Cockpit is shaping up. I kept the pilots' upper torsos so that I can paint them separately.

love the cockpit, may look nice it you paint a radar effect on the screen. Good work so far!

I think the edges between cameocolours should be more well defined. They are somewhat streaky at the moment.

But except for thats it's a great start.

Like it alot,I would also like to see a radar screen painted on that screen in the cockpit.

I'm smooth out some of the interior coloring, but I intend to leave to leading edges somewhat feathered.

Finished the crew. Looks like I have finger print smudges on the gunners visor, but that'll get cleaned up.

As a tribute, If I ever get a Valk (admittedly not ver likely) I'll paint Pac-Man on my Screens, or maybe Asteroids

Very nice, I like it. We have a local player that has Spongebob playing inside his Wave Serpent...lovin it.

The next should be playing windows solitare....since thats what most of the rest of us do at work!

I like the cockpit quite a lot, the inspiration is coming in handy now, any week now dad's going to get his valk done and wanting me to paint it.

Awesome job! Do those weapon options come packaged with the valkryie?

The Valkyrie kit comes with an option of mutilaser or lascannon for the nacelle and either the Hellstrike missles or the rocket pods for the wings. If you want wing mounted lascannons to make a vendetta, you need to find your own spares.
