Firstly, you need to edit out those costs. Only include a total for each unit, not the individual prices.

OK, your Canoness could be tooled up better. The Power Weapon is a poor choice. You would be far better off with a Blessed Weapon or Evicerator. The Book of St Lucius is too good to pass up too. I will assume from here she is going with the Celestians, correct? If so, make them a retinue.

With the Celestians, their small unit size lends them more to anti-tank than anti-Infantry. Their two Flamers are not the best investment. I would suggest two Meltaguns, or at least a Meltagun and Heavy Flamer. I would also leave the Bolter on the Sister Superior, as the extra shot is far more valuable than an extra attack in combat. Finally, Extra Armour is standard on all transports: please add it before the Prioress discovers this oversight!

What is the purpose of your Inquisitor? At the moment, he is not doing anything other than wasting points. Either give him a reason to be, or drop him. Similarly, the Eversor is a waste of points. Assassins do not work like they used to in fifth edition, so are better left at home.

With your Battle Sister Squads, I would mount that first squad in a Rhino. Mixing mechanised with footslogging never works. Depending on your local meta-game, the dual Meltaguns on the Sisters could be an excellent load out; in my area, Flamers are necessary. Again, you need Extra Armour. Also, the footslogging unit is not ideally equipped. A Bolter would be better on the Sister Superior, and the Flamer will probably never get used (they will probably not get close enough); dual-Meltaguns are better on these squads. I would also drop a few Bolters. Still, I would suggest making them a third mechanised squad. You also need to make all your Battle Sister Squad Sister Superiors Veterans, and I would recommend the Book of St Lucius on them.

The Sentinel is illegal. You need to take two Platoons before you can take one.

Your list lacks range too. I would suggest investing in an Exorcist or two, as it would make you a significantly more difficult opponent.

Add an evisc to your SS and add another Evisc to your Celestines. Keep the 2 flamers. Then add a priest to the unit w/Evisc and you got a nasty CC unit. Give the inquis a psychic hood and a small ret. The assassin must go period. Change the 20 sisters to 10 and run with double meltas in a rhino. I would go for Double Flamer on one and Double meta on the other.

Drop the Sent and try to add an exorcist.

As fabbes said, the Canoness is better off given a Close Combat weapon than a Storm Bolter. The Psycannon Bolts are just a waste of points too, unless you only fight against Daemons.

If you want a shooty Inquisitor, you would be better of with an allied Ordo Malleus Inquisitor. If nothing else, you can trade that Storm Bolter for the infinitely superior Psycannon. It also allows Mystics either as cheap ablative wounds, or to harass deep strikers.

The 9-woman squad is illegal too, as Battle Sister Squads are minimum of 10. If you are not running a Flying Nun, the Canoness is far better off with a Celestian Retinue, which would allow you to solve that problem.

I would also drop the upgrades from the Exorcist. Those points could easily be better spent elsewhere (such as Extra Armour on the Rhinos).

CT GAMER, big squads of Sisters can work (in theory; I have personally found them wanting), but are generally better played in full-footslogger lists. If you have an entirely mechanised list, but one footslogging unit, your army is not operating as well as it could. Battle Sisters are not like Boyz: you cannot shove a single unit of them at a unit of anything else and expect to come out ahead. They need to support each other, especially in a footslogger list where heavy bolter fire (or whatever) will chew up half your numbers before you get close. I understand the theory of the 20-woman objective camping squad too. If you have a half-bright opponent, it does not work. Believe me, I have tried. It fails dismally if they are mildly competent.

If I give her a blessed weapon, can I also give her a bolt pistol so she has an extra attack?

No. The Blessed Weapon is a two-handed weapon. Still, with +2S and Master Crafted, it is far better than a Bolt Pistol/Power Weapon combo. That said, you should still take a Pistol for shooting. If you take a Blessed Weapon, I would recommend an Inferno Pistol, as it will provide some nice anti-tank.
