just need to break up 15 square feet of concrete now (9 inches thick) and then she will let me get on with my models


thanks dread, i started that badruk model the day the black reach box came out, didnt even know they were making one at the time, and now im glad ive made my own since thier one just doesent look orky.

also, i need to remember to make 3 powder grotz for him, got 1 so far, but need to dig about and get him 2 more.

also, the mega boss is based on ghaz model, but i may take it apart again and make him taller since next to badruk they are the same size

and in my haste to get him done (with such creativity) i forgot that a boss in armour cant take a kombi skorcha
my model has one, but now rules wise its not there XD

Well at least he will look cool even if on of his parts is not useful.

1st bikernob is roughly done!

I had an hour or 2 spare and started sorting through varios bitz boxes and started cobbling this together for no reason atall (gotta love randomness)

Nob with klaw, waaagh! banner, kombi skorcha (located at the front of the bike) and of course, his bike

finally got the 1st concept of my bikernob finished.
he still needs some patching up in places and the base needs more clutter and some sand and stone.
this will possibly be one of the 1st models ive ever actually based with more than just a bit of sand and static grass lol.

As orky as it is to have huge gunz strapped to the front of bikes i decided against it, went for a more smooth style to show they are moer about combat than shooting. (un orky i know, but different)

That was the 1st one, have 3 spare deff koptas sat there doing nothing (playtested them and dont like em much) so that will put me up to 4 nob bikers, i also have 10 nobz on foot, who will get hacked up and put on bikes soon.

I know he is on a 60mm flying stand base, but its all he really could fit on, and him and a few more will be the center pieces of my soon to be kult of speed army.

Got some more wheels on order from ebay, aswell as 4 more koptas (need more bikernobz and wazdakka)


some small updates between cooking dinner and making sure the cat is ok



Put a dark dull wash over his skin now to mute that a little, it still stands out but not as much.
the yellow is pertty much done as a base colour, just needs some damage added.

tried adding damage to the armour plate on his chainsaw arm, it looks like gak, so that will be re-done (curse you eavy metal team guides!) didnt work as i planned

got the main concept on the gun done pattern wise.
i think ill work more on the gun next, get that detailed up and damaged aswell as some barrel burn and skorching.
