A coworker of mine... her husband works in the Videogame Industry and has free passes for the upcoming E3.

I'm almost tempted to go but I already have another trip that I'm saving up for. Barring that I was wondering if there would really be any reason to go to E3 for a non-industry person. I heard the current E3 is a little more serious than it was some years ago... not as many exciting booth displays as before. Granted it would still be a pretty neat experience to get sneak peaks and some insight on some industry stuff.

Would you go? (I'm not using this post to make a decision; Just looking to strike up a discussion)

The bootbabes are back and thankfully the US army is no longer dominating the floors with their recruiters, so go for it.

Even if it was E3 now I would still tear someones arm off to be able to go.
