since im a big fan of putting any thing on a bike so i want a command sqaude on a bikes
by what and where im going to buy i calculate wit a champion and bearer it will cost 80-100 dollers
what im buying
2 raven wing bike forces-70 dollar for six bikes
apocthacary upgrade- 10$ from warstore
bearer arm and banner- 3$ from warstore
i making champion out of random bits
the question im asking
IS IT WORTH IT?

Pros
+toughness (4)5
+can all have unique equipment to take advantage of wound allocations
+FNP
+access to lots of power weapons&power fists&lightning claws.......etc
+ 3+ cover save turbo boosting
+ very fast movement
+ relentless
Cons
-don't have access to Pistol+CC combination
-expensive in points
-and therefore target of almost EVERYTHING
-if they don't pick there targets well enough they could be stuck in with tarpits; or just killing suicide squads and thus no huge impact on the game
Overall= use 'em well, and if they fit in with your army scheme they will very effective; but if there just "stuck into" your army list, they wont be that effective.

I run Khan on Moondraken with a bike Command kitted out with meltas and CC goodies. The unit is an absolute beast.

I think command squads do have boltpistols and do not replace them.
Also, they can have pairs of lightning claws which is pretty cool.
