I haven't got a BGB available from here, though I'd really like to get some clarification over the rules for passengers shooting from vehicles.

Am I right assuming that when using a fast, open-topped vehicle all passengers can shoot, as long as the vehicle is moving at combat speed? Then, is it possible to travel 12", disembark and then shoot?

Do the passengers and the transport have to fire at the same target? Is LOS/Range worked out from individual passengers or from the vehicle?

Under wich circumstances is it not legal for passengers to disembark or shoot? In other words; does Crew Shaken/Stunned apply to passengers?

Cheers.

Yep.

The embarked unit is a separate unit from the vehicle it is riding in. You fire each of them like you fire any unit, so yes both can fire at different targets. When firing with passengers range and LOS is drawn from the fire point, which can be rather nebulous on many models.

Its pretty hard to give you an exhaustive list, but as for your example, yes passengers can embark from a shaken/stunned vehicle and still fire. It is only if they remain in the vehicle they are unable to fire the next turn.

Cheers.
