Hey, long time lurker first time poster. I figured this was the right forum to post an (admittedly half-assed) animation I threw together last night.
It's Commander Boreale and his infamous speech to the Blood Ravens, retold in animation done to the level of his voice talent.
Here it is, http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/495685 Warhammer 40k: Dawn of Awesome.
I also have another 40k flash I did a few years ago, which is entitled SRM40k, featuring my recurring character SRM. That's right here: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/380633
Hope this is the right place to post this stuff, and I'm happy to join Dakka Dakka!
Thanks - there's a 40k collaboration coming up that I'll probably be contributing to. The art will be of a much higher caliber than Dawn of Awesome, don't worry!
I'll let you guys know when stuff comes around for it.
I love Newgrounds too - I might make another like this at some point (probably with something like "METAL BOXES!") but the future is pretty unclear. Thanks for watching!
His speeches when you destroy the deep strike beacons are pretty stupid. He just keeps saying to send in MOAR SPESS MEHRENS.
People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.
Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I Die, You are forgiven. If I Live, I will kill you." Such is the Rule of Honor.
