Hey everyone, I'm trying to find a good 2000 Point army list for an upcoming tournament. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HQ-295 points

Big Mek, Power Klaw, Shokk Attack Gun, Cybork Body, Eavy Armor, Attack Squigg
Old Zogwart

Elite-215 Points

5 Nobz, 5 Eavy Armors, Painboy, 5 Cybork Bodies, Grot Orderly, Waaagh Banner, Twin-linked Shoota, Shoota/Skorcha, Shoota/Rokkit Launcher
(Since they all have different weapons, they will be able to take wounds as I see fit, IE I'd need to have 6 unsaved wounds before I lost a Nob)

Troops-760 Points

25 Ork Boyz, 1 Nob, Big Choppa, Eavy Armor

I think this is a well rounded list, I was going to use Warbiker Nobz, with a Warboss on a bike, but I thought the Big Mek with the Shokk Attack Gun might be more useful.
Plus I love Zogwarts curse.

you need a KFF mek before you take the SAG, the cover save you get will save alot of your boyz. zoggy is cool, a lil randomness is always fun

um, are they walking? they need a ride or they need to be removed from this list. sure wound allocation is cool, but getting 6 wounds off on these guys wont be hard

decent, i just starting running skorcha buggies,they are fun. i would take TL rokkits on the koptas for some more reliable AT

drop the KMB, add a third DCCW if your heartset on the dred, the kans work better with rokkits for again, AT and MEQ killing

[b]overall its a pretty wacky list, it looks fun. the boyz should have shootas, they are very good in this edition. again the nobs need a ride, 5 nobz sitting there, even with 4+/5+ and FNP are gonna get picked off pretty easily. i would rock a KFF mek from the getgo, then run the boyz, then some solid AT (koptas and kans) then salt for flavor. i personally run snikrot, 14 kommandos and 2 burnas, but thats just me)

A few thoughts.

Big Mek- If you're going to run a SAG theres really no reason to give him any other equipment rather than cybork armor. if hes attacked, hes going to die unless you keep a whole squad with him, and that would be kind of a waste.

Nobz - you have too few of them, when they have to take a ld test, theyll run. with that few you should run them on bikes with a biker boss to counteract their ow leadership. also get rid of all the different shooty things, nobs are for CC, give them pks.

boyz - i might scale dow the ard boyz to expand my normal boyz to 30 man squads. give the nobz pks, its almost necessary.

ive never had buggies work for me, but in those numbers they might work out, especially with the twin linked rokkits.

absolutely get rid of the kmbs on the deffkoptas. theyre too expensive, not twin linked, and they can hurt themselves with it. not good, go with rokkits.

grotzookas are cool, but i usually give them rokkits with their 3 bs, for much needed anti-tank.

love old zogwort, a really fun unit. hes a great giant killer, with all those 2+ poison attacks, not to mention the curse.

Well I've reworked my list a bit over the weekend. Here is what I have so far....

HQ - 150 Points

Warboss, Warbike, Power Klaw, Cybork Body, Attack Squigg.

Troops - 1205 Points

5 Nobz, 5 War Bikes, 1 Pain Boy, 5 Cybork Bodies, 1 Grot Orderly, 2 Power Klaws, 2 Big Choppas, 1 Waaagh Banner, 1 Boss Pole.
<< One Nob is a Pain Boy, One Nob Has a Power Klaw, another has a Power Klaw with the Waaagh Banner, Another has a Big Choppa, and the last Nob has a Big Choppa and a Biss Pole.... Which means 5 different profiles, and I can allocate wounds however I want>>

I think this is a well rounded army, I have some good anti-tank portions, some skorchas, rokkits and 100 Boyz.. and dont forget everyone's favorite unit... The Biker Nobz..... Wish I could put my Meganobs on bikes... but hey, they'd fall off alot.

Any suggestions to my new list would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time...

i would run this on flank to deny an entire army dumping fire on them. nob biker has a crazy rep right now and will draw alot of fire.

decent, but if i was to change anything, i would drop the rokkit buggies for a second squad of rokkit koptas. rokkit koptas can outflank and get to weak rear armor were the rokkits can do more damage

pretty good list overall. i have alot of staples i run alot, but its good to see some variety
