Ok, so i have an idea i read in the rule book and on some Eldar Fluff. Dark Eldar are slaves to Slannesh could this mean they would work with Slannesh Marine armies??? also could this be done with traitor guard? i love the idea of having evil Guardsmen do my bidding.

No. Except for the specific rules given in the Inquisitorial codices, there are no rules for allying different army lists outside of an Apocalypse game.

Dark Eldar don't worship slaanesh, they live a lifestyle of excess that brings about her attention, they spend thier entire lives capturing slaves so as to steal thier souls and escape slaanesh's gaze for one more day.

In short, if you are looking for a fluffy army to put with your Slaanesh marines, Dark Eldar should really be the last place you look.

Obviously there's no current rules to support it, but it's a much more fluffy approach to the situation, you definitely won't be able to do it in a competative environment unless it's an apocalypse tournament or something.

Dark Eldar arn't at all devoted to slaanesh, not even close. The reason that they raid to take slaves is to KEEP SLAANESH away from them. They constantly sacrifice slaves to appease Slaanesh so that Slaanesh doesn't eat them! Dark Eldar Archons are the ones who do this. They constantly sacrifice slaves to Slaanesh to not get eaten themselves. They still consider Slaanesh the "Great Enemy" but keep on doing bad stuff.

Dark Eldar are just eldar that are evil. They arn't chaos, they just do things that pleasure them. They were the Eldar that caused Slaanesh, and they don't want to break away from their ways of excess and go back to the strict discipline of the Eldar Craftworld to combat the great enemy, they just sacrifice stuff to keep him away.

And with allying two different armies thats a no. You could theme Slaanesh Dark Eldar or Imperial Guard, but unless you are using LatD or Imperial Armor rules for the traitor guard, you can't combine two separate armies unless the codex says so (ex. Daemonhunters or SoB)

I swear, Dark Eldar and Chaos have the same problem that Republicans and devil worshippers do. Just because you'll find greedy, corrupt, power hungry people in both groups, doesn't mean that Replicans worship Satan. With the Dark Eldar, they're just so gosh darn conservative that they don't want to give up their traditional ways and freedoms, and they're so set in their ways that things like torture just become a means to an end. If a Dark Eldar just happens to be good at those means, or enjoys those means, well that's just a happy coincidence.

The form you see is both male AND female - that's the point!

No, DE and Slaanesh is a bit like saying khorne should ally with tzeentch....oh wait, theyve changed that, so no idea what could happen in the new book! (due around 2110 i think )
