Ok so me and my friend played a 4999pts game the other day, My WoC vs his DE.
And i let loose Pandaemonium in the end of my magicphase when he was out of DD.
When he started to cast spells in his magicphase he rolled ,but the description on pandaemonium states that any roll of a double is treated as a miscast.
If it has a special rule it will follow that instead.
Kind of like magical weapons (lose all base traits of the weapon)
