Bare is the way to go IMO.
He lets you take up to 6 Dread, repairs stuff, and increases the cover save of a piece of terrain. All for 100pts.
Who needs more?

20 points for the conversion beamer is nice, given all the other stuff you'll field, he'll be relatively safe in the back sniping.

Servo Harness, and a bike.
After that, you just let him rut to your dreads as needed while keeping him out of the thick of things.

I love putting him in a drop pod with a tac squad with the servo harness. He adds more CC punch and a lot of firepower too. I use them pretty aggressively and have had great results.

In my shooty army, I use the MoF with a servo harness and a power weapon. He is a great ad on to sternguard or a tactical squad in a pod or Land Raider as he does what they do but a little more, plus he is good in HtH, just keep him away from power weapons if at all possible.
