since i was planning on buying some of the more expensive models from maelstorm games
and i was wondering if with shipping will it cost me just the same if i bought it here at my lgs

Honestly though, the Euro is Stronger I would think (If by Stronger you mean €1 > $1, I'm not too sure what Strong and Weak mean in an economic sense. never been bothered to find out tbfh). Not that it matters, because Maelstrom is a UK company and Deals in Pound Sterling, which is most certainly stronger than the US$. Not everywhere in Europe uses the Euro mate

Best thing for you to do is, in all honestly, total up your costs at Maelstrom, convert that to US$ at XE.com, then do it at The War Store and see what one is cheaper.

You can also type the total value of your order into google's search box then add GBP or EUR and then write 'in USD' to get the amount converted. I find that interface nicer to use than xe.com. Eg; type into google:

10 GBP in USD

100 EUR in USD

45.65 USD in GBP

etc

Maelstrom games don't charge for shipping. Besides that, they have great prices, unlike other online retailers like GW Direct, Wayland games, and The Warstore.

USD is currently weak , British Pound is still good.

This is double edged for me... means its cost effective for me to still purchase things from USA , yet cannot get much money from selling my stuff.

Few years ago i can get $15-$16 CDN for $10 USD. Now its only $12
