When you buy camo cloaks for you scouts is states Scouts can have camo cloaks for 3 points per model. If you buy the upgrade Scout sargeant telion. Do you still have to buy a camo cloak for him since he has stealth. IF you do have to buy it for him does he gain 2 to his cover save ? Or do you have to buy the camo cloak for the original sargeant then he is replaced with Telion loseing the cloak?

Camo Cloaks give the model "Stealth" so he would not get a +2 since he just has Stealth, again. It's poorly worded but I would say you didn't have to pay the points for his cloak.

This is a bit of a judgment call. But, I am on the same mind as Nurgleboy, and I would say you don't have to buy the camo cloak for him since he already has one, and you would have to assume that the points (for the cloak of course) may already be adjusted in his point cost.

As far as I can tell, Sgt. Telion is similar to a special character in that he does not have any wargear options. Even if you wanted to, you wouldn't be able to give him a camo cloak.
