In the wargear for a chaos biker, it says they have a bolt pistol and a chaos bike with twin-linked bolter.

Am I able to fire both my bolt pistol and the bikes twin-linked bolter in the same shooting phase??

Holy hells, bit long winded there!

No, they cannot. Models may only ever fire one ranged weapon/Shooting Psychic attack a turn unless specifically allowed to use more than one.

Page 15, BRB:
Normally each model in a firing unit can fire a single weapon. Some models, including vehicles, may be able to fire more than one weapon, as detailed later.

The more pertinent quote would be

Page 53, BRB:
Each bike in a unit may fire with one weapon for each rider on the bike. Thus a Space Marine Attack Bike with a driver and passenger in sidecar can fire two weapons.

So a chaos biker, with a single rider, may fire a single weapon system.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

And as chaos bikes only come with one rider, they can only fire one weapon. Please, lets not go down the "modeling extra bikers" road. I opened that can of worms already, with silly results.

As far as modeling bikes with 2 riders when the codex does not say that the bike has 2, I'm fine with it as long as they're fine with me not paying points for half of my boyz

Nowhere does it say the bikes have 1 rider either. In fact, it does not specify in any case how many riders each bike has. even for Attack bikes it fails to say how many Riders are on the bike.

RAW nothing is stopping you from modelling extra riders on bikes.
