even though i clicked to log me in on every visit automatically i still have to log in when i get here
it doesnt seem to register when i click it
is anyone else have this problem?

I'm not aware of any problems with the login system at the moment. It could just be that your cookies got messed up as I have been restarting the server quite a bit lately in preparation for a server move tomorrow. Try clearing all your dakka related cookies (or just all your browser cookies if you dont know how to clear cookies for one site), then try logging in and clicking the automatic login checkbox again.

You might want to wait 3 days before doing this as things might not work properly for a couple of days during the server move tomorrow.

Forever alone

This happens a lot on the school computers for me as well.

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.
