Why the Chimera? I think you could get more with psycannon upgrades than a transport.

I thought I might need more vehicles in the list, but Psycannons work just as well.

You have 5 Termis and an Inquisitor squad. Who is going in the LR?

Also I'd put those ST in rhinos and give them both 2 Meltaguns.

I'd put the Inq. in the Chimara and then give the GK's PysC's.

So it look like this.

Inq Squard w/ Chim
Termies w/ LR
TS w/ 2xMG and Rhino
TS w/ 2xMG and Rhino
GK's with 1 or 2 Psycannons
1x GK Dread.

If you have enough points add another GK Dread.

To get the points you could just give the Inq squad just Power Armour. Leave your Inq with the 3+ save. That save you some nice points.

what other weapon do the Dreads have?

This is actually a very nice army list, but i agree, if you use psycannon instead of transport, it'll help you to shoot the gak out of your enemies even more!
