The Nightbringer ignores all Difficult and Dangerous Terrain, and counts as having offensive grenades in close combat. In addition, it ignores all Night Fighting rules and anything that limits its range.

The Unmaking Touch
Unsaved wounds caused by the Nightbringer become D3 wounds.

Devour Life
If the Nightbringer causes 10 wounds in close combat, then it gains one previously lost wound back. In addition, the Nightbringer’s attacks ignore Feel no Pain and Eternal Warrior.

Necrodermis
This gives the Nightbringer Feel no Pain. In addition, if it is killed, an Apocalyptic Explosion occurs, except that the range is 8D6.

well i must say that i was expecting something completely over powered but it looks decent. the only way id allow it though is if i was allowed to use The Emperor lol

It seems that this thing would be absolutely terrifying to all the little guys, but at those points, you would be facing two Warlord Titans. But a smart player wouldn't use those against the Nightbringer, instead he would use the Titans against the rest of the army and then simply use a Vortex grenade. Because, he only has 5 wounds, a single Vortex grenade has a 1/3 chance of killing it outright (D6 wounds, no saves).

for the 5000 points including his Titan CCW, he should ignore all saves of any type period.
