DAEMON PRIMARCH PERTURABO
Points WS BS S T W I A Ld Sv
500 6 7 6 5 3 5 6 10 2+/4++

Unit Type: Monstrous Creature

Number: 1

Wargear: Armour of Olympia, Forgebreaker, Mark of Chaos Undivided, Transport Diabolus.

The Armour of Olympia gives Perturabo a 2+ Armour Save and 4+ Invulnerable Save. Forgebreaker is a master-crafted Thunder Hammer that strikes in Initiative Order. The Transport Diabolus gives Perturabo the Gate of Infinity psychic power (it does not require a psychic test and cannot be nullified).

Special Rules:

The Lord Obliterator

Perturabo has all Obliterator weapons. In addition, he may take a retinue of 13-26 Obliterators.

Eternal Warrior

In addition, Obliterators in an army led by Perturabo may be used as Troops choices.

I don't know a whole lot about apoc, but this would be broken as HELL in a normal game. Even for his points cost.

Since he's an apoc datasheet, he can't be used in a normal game.

I don't know why that rule is in there though, as Apoc doesn't use a Force Org chart!

Edited it to allow him to take an Obliterator retinue.

They're at their normal points cost. And he's a daemon Primarch now - I'd doubt he'd have any trouble with teleporting.

Making him be able to take a retinue (why 13-26?) makes no real difference in apoc. Really he should be a gargantuan creature with more toughness and lots more wounds. At the moment hes only a bit harder than a demon prince but for a lot more points. The other demon primarchs are gargantuan so thats what you should make him.

His special abilities dont really seem to make sense for him as the primarch of the iron warriors. I don't remember any tales of him contracting the obliterator virus or being able to teleport. Really he should get that strategic asset that gives you bunkers/barricades/mine fields because thats what the IW do. If you still want to keep him with obliterator weapons you need to clarify how they work with monsterous/gargantuan creatures. MCs can fire two weapons so can he fire the same weapon twice or two difference weapons once? Gargantuan creatures can fire any number so can he fire all his weapons at once or some of them several times?

I think he needs to be a lot harder and cost maybe twice as many points.

Finally if you choose to keep him as a simple MC then you need to give him eternal warrior so that he doesnt get one shotted by a strength D weapon.

taking up the mission

If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live?

I'll watch this thread but i fear youre going over board with some of your statlines/abilities.

It would help those demon primarchs if they add more "support" to the army, instead beeing superkilly.
Maybe more Strategical assets or benefits to surrounding units?
