i figured i would try my hand at actually painting up something and selling it on ebay instead of just painting for local people. i figured Vendettas would be popular, and since the guard codex is still new i tried one out.

first off the kit is great, very easy to build. i went with the classic Cadian look with catachan green and generic symbols so it would cater to a wider audience. i haven't sold anything on ebay and years, and i know the fees are going to be through the roof, but i'm all in for trying it anyways. here is what i have so far:





the bottom 2 pics were taken before i put the lascannons on.





the roof of the crewcab is removable. the lascannons are from IG heavy weapon teams. its pretty stock standard. i havent sealed anything yet, i have a few more details to work out. any suggestions before i post it on ebay? How is the weathering? is it to much battle damage or to little?

Valks and Dettas are going well on ebay at the moment. Looks great to me, hope you do well.

From my time in the Air Force I would say too much. This is supposed to be grim dark however. Looks great. I can't wait for my pred sponsons and my new order to come in from wayland

Just add a bit more weathering close to the 2 engines and vector thrusters.

I concur with the suggestion for more weathering... though I'm not good at that sort of thing myself.

i thought about some weathering on the plating behind the thrusters, would that be good?
