This seems obvious to me, but should Sicarius recieve +1 attack for having two close combat weapons? The Tempest blade is simply stated as following the rules for a power weapon when not used in coup de grace mode. As such, it would seem obvious that the man should receive an extra attack, no?

Also, when going through some old white dwarfs, i came across the space marine release issue from this year. In it, a battle report in which Sicarius and Asurman were used, it is alluded to that Sicarius used the Tempest blade to cause instant death to Asurman, who is an eternal warrior.

Any thoughts?

Correct, he gets a bonus attack if not in Coup De Grace Mode

Battle reports are famous for the players lack of rules knowledge. More than likely it was them being idiots as usual

Or forgetfulness. I've lost count of the number of times I remembered a critical rule (like eternal warrior) a day after the fact.
