I was wondering if there is a base amount I have to pay to be a DCM(for now I am just asking I am too broke to sign up right now)?

I think it's just $25USD a person.

The 'standard' donation is indeed $25 (USD) which is good for one-year DCM status.

Of course, if you really wanted to help out by donating but can't afford the full $25, we can certainly work out a deal with less of a donation equaling less time as a DCM (just send me a PM if that's the case).
