Do you think he should be painted in the same colour as the rest of the squad?

I was thinking painting them bright orange , so should I paint him so he match's the rest of the army?

THe kind of orange boilersuit look of prisoners in the US of A. Sounds good to me , but not "bright", a worn in dirty orange.

Maybe put a specially colored armband on him to indicate that he's not just a grunt given a task but someone who does this as their main job, like an MP (military police)?

I was thinking about this yesterday while working out... What models are you going to use? I was thinking of using a Cadian officer. Paint the Armor some dark color and then the rest (the "suit" underneath) make orange. For the rest of the squad, I was thinking Catachan troops painted orange.

I would either paint him with dark blue fatigues and black armour (or similar police like colour scheme) or i would use an Arbites minature instead of a Cadian one.
