Ok,
First of all, drop all grenade launchers, they are pure gak. The holy triumvirate of the Imperial Guard are: Plasma Gun, Melta Gun and Flamer.
You have no long range anti tank.
Ratlings are worthless without the psyker battle squad.
Marbo is about 100x better with the psyker battle squad too.
4 flamer PCS squads are going to die before they do anything.
Scout sentinels are fine, out flank them and they can be really useful, plus they are nice and cheap. I like the models as well.
Here are my suggestions working with the models you say you have:
CCS: Astropath, Creed. 170
(Creed alone is going to have more orders than you will need, the second CCS is wasted, IMO.)
Marbo: 65
Psyker Battle Squad: full squad, chimera: 165
(This squad is too good not to take, proxy the models if you need to)
PCS: 3 x flamer, H.Flamer, chimera 115
(Without the Chimera, it is unlikely this squad will ever shoot, and they become a mobile objective graber)
Squads: 2 x Infantry squads, A.Cannon, P.Gun 150
Hardened Vets: L.Cannon, 3 x P.Gun
(This squad is pure money, shoots like hell and is cheap. I love them.)
Sentinels: 2 x 1, 70
(Outflank them and take side armor shots and contest objectives, plus you can engage units in HtH and lock them up.)
Demolisher x 2 330
(Personally I am a bit iffy on taking them in squadrons, but with demolishers outflanking due to creeds ability, it can be pretty devastating.)
Russ 150
(Demolishers are great, but I find a mix of them and the russ to be the best combo. Can't beat the rang on the good old Russ.)
