Your problem is that all the companies that make female models make them in true 28mm not the heroic 28mm that GW uses. This will make them seem very small in comparison with your GW figs.

The only way to do female sci fi troopers is to go all the way with them as they just wont match your gw figs.

Another way to go that I heard is to go with the female high elf torso and head from the fantasy range. The plate armor will look fine combined with the regular guardsmen arms and legs if you paint it properly.

It is not that expensive of a conversion if you just buy the bitz.

I second taking a look at the Escher models. A little work could turn almost any of these into a reasonable sniper.
