No, You only add (1) to the die roll once no matter how many astropaths are included in your army - doesn't say they stack so don't do it

Yes, its pretty clear each astropath adds (1) to the die roll, two astropaths will add plus (1) two times

The other thread has become a circular arguement, nothing new is being added, and there's nothing conclusive one way or the other. So its time for an opinion poll. Please do not discuss on this thread, just vote.

As I said in the other thread: 40k has no rules to deal with stacking modifiers.

With the lack of any real guidelines, If i were playing against IG with multiple astropaths, or MoF, I would simply use the simplest, most intuitive method, which would be to allow them to stack.

This may help some stumbling across this thread (as I just did!)

From the official IG FAQ:

"Q. If you take two Astropaths or two Officers of the
Fleet, do their +1/-1 to reserve rolls stack? (p31)
A. No. The advantage of having multiples of these
Regimental Advisors is that you can still gain the
benefit of the Telepathic Relay/Intercept Reserves rules
should one Astropath/Officer of the Fleet be killed. The
confusion created by having so many advisors
simultaneously vying for a Commander’s attention
negates any potential benefit."
