Hello!
I have thought a bit of creating a shooty Ork army. And this is what I have come up with so far.
What do you say? What do you think I should change?
By the way, do you know any easy way to convert flash gitz?

Flashgits are terrible, if you're after a solid list. Trade them out for more lootas if you really want to take advantage of greenskin cheesefire. Big chuds of shoota boyz, check, rokkit-koptas to pip rear armour, check...
This list isn't very refined, but if you tie up any flank weaknesses with your fast units and focus fire at priority targets with everything else you should be able to do well with this. Meks are wasted potential in the Lootas squad - just lootas are fine. Orks average out as great shooters simply because they shoot so much. That garish Badrukk unit could be swapped out for a lot of shoota boys that would ultimately do a lot more damage. Lootas are the best anti-light/medium vehicle weapon there is, making a mess of walkers, buggy squadrons, mech Meqs and skimmer armies with ease.

at 2000 points i would recommend at least 3 units of 30 shoota boyz with big shootas, or 4 of 20.
flashgitz CAN work, dont let the masses sawy you. yes they are pricey, yes they are a bit random, but they can be very devistating when used right. i wouldnt run badruk though, i would drop him to boost your unit to 10, and get a painboy.

I agree. One of my main complaints with his is that his gun is good but overheats, and ork players being ork players, we roll a lot of 1's
If you take a painboy then your unit will have a 50% more chance of surviving. Loota's rock but they draw a hell load of fire to themselves since everyone knows they can be destroyed if they don't take out the lootas.

not true, they only overheat with the "blasta" upgrade. this upgrade is decent, but makes an already pricey unit VERY pricy, i run my flashgitz like this:
9 flahsgitz
painboy
more dakka
this gives you 18 str 5 ap d6 shots, and a hard unit in CC in a pinch.

This is how i run my shooty orks.
2x Big mek 1xSAG 1x Kustom forcefield
3x30 boys 3x big shoota 3xPK nobs
3x3 Kanz 6x big shoota 3x grotzooka
2x10 Lootas (No meks)
1x9 Lootas (SAG goes here and no meks here either)
2x Deffdreads 4x DCCW

Shooty wise it just looks like an ork list with the worst unit in the codex.
Drop the gitz and Kommandos... They arnt shooty!
Try 45 lootas and take a lot of horde orks. Don't worry about the SAG run a small kan wall with Grotzookas in front of your shooty boyz.
A looted tank is another good way to add dakka or a BW kitted out can pump out some fire.
