LOL

I agree that that weapon has always looked incredibly dodgy to me.

Good use of sprue etc as well.

About to eat your Avatar...

Looks cool.

Are those springs from pens? The ones you used for the fingers that is. Nice scratch-build. I'd say he could be a bit beefier or have some bionic upgrades and a thunder hammer-like weapon.

Hey thanks everyone for the compliments. Few things to clear up lol. The "springs" in the hands are guitar strings. No way would springs stay bent like that. Honestly, for the second arm, I didnt use guitar string, it was a real pain to bend over at that small a piece.
And toroe, your pasta comment almost made hot chocolate shoot out my nose. The arm is made from 2 different ice cream sticks. The small clear one is from push pops, and the pasta looking one is from a patriot pop (my god I love those lol)

Anyways Ive got the gun arm done, and mounted. Now Im making a backpack/generator of Orkyness for his back. Thats where all the power cables will come from. He really is a giant tho. An IG is barely at his waist and a SM is about half his height. So in scale hes ABOUT 14 feet tall.

OK As you can tell I pretty much finished Warboss Unta Da Ead Hunta. It took me about 2 weeks from start to finish and I am really happy with the end result. I need to do a few touch ups and what not but mostly I consider this killer of killers done. C&C as usual. AND DONT MAKE ME COMPLAIN THAT NO ONE IS RESPONDING!!!!

aaahhhh The pasta line made me laugh.
Actually the reason he is mostly robotics is from the fluff. Long story short, when he became the Warboss of his clan, they did what Orks do best, DRINK BEER! So a solid week of drinking later, he stumbles out, hits a bike, throws said bike, it hits a nearby promethium deposit, it falls and rolls into him, knocks him down, he gets mad! Then shoots the damn thing and blows himself to pieces lol. My god that was ALOT of commas.
Thanks for the comments BTW

Hi KK

I like the modelling, and you've said you will touch up the paint - I think he needs a little more difference in colour on the body.

The rust effect is cool however.

Yea the colors on the body do seem to blend, more so on these pics (damn cameras) That really was the hardest part for me. I just couldnt seem to get the shirt underneath the armor plating to stand out. No matter what I did. Honestly I think if I painted it BRIGHT PINK you still wouldnt see it lol

This was my thought as well, the rust effect rocks, the model looks great, but, the colors could use a few variations, the pants leg sort of gets lost in the rust effect, not sure if it's just the photo, perhaps consider darking the visable pants leg?,all in all a really cool conversion.

The camera I use takes pretty good pictures. BUT I notice it seems to drown out some colors. The pants are plenty dark. Infact in person Unta looks like the colors are separated plenty good, with the exception of the under shirt as I mentioned before.
Anywho, thanks for the rust effect compliments lol

Oh yea I totally forgot about a scale. uh.... for now I can describe I guess. A regular boy comes to his hip, a nob/SM comes to his mid stomach. The AOBR warboss is a full head and shoulders shorter then my boss.

Too much rust color as stated. Also I don't like the wires. They don't look right with the model. I'd find a smaller gauge or try something else. Also there is no need to have them different colors.

1850 1850+ 1850+ 1850+ 1850+ 1850+ 1850+ 1850+ 1850+ 1850+ 1850+ 1850+ 1000 and counting
