So I decided to paint up the Skarath that my wife bought me for my birthday earlier. I was trying to go for a higher contrast between my highlighting layers than I normally do, and I think he came out nicely for that.

Comments and Criticism are always welcome.

I really like the colors here. I know I'm no expert painter, but I think you should do a different color for the eyes, perhaps something more like an egg white, to make it look more buggy.

Funny you should say that, because I started out painting them egg white before I made them this color. Overall, I hadn't been sure which way to go (I've had some favorable opinions on the new eyes too).

Right now, I think I'll just leave him be and do something different the next time I paint something like this.
