Base is random building bits (and unpainted). Models uses body, claws and legs from a Fiend of Slaanesh, head from an old Empire horse, horns from various CSM, some Chaos Mutation arms and Fell bat wings and tail. I know he doesn't actually have wings, but I like how they look, and they emphasize the boobs. This took me about an hour to throw together out of boredom. Feel free to critique if you want but I honestly wasn't trying that hard to begin with.

Edit: He stands around a cm taller than a GUO.
