Where should it go then? I get the point of the post and agree it's not clear, but I would class it as a 40K battle report in that it's an idea for a themed game/scenario. Should it be in proposed rules maybe?

this isnt a battle report its some kid typing a few words. it shouldn't even be in any thread. im all for turtle pie though.
