Big mek - KFF -Eavy Armour Big mek - KFF -Eavy Armour 10 Nobz -Waagh banner -Painboy -boss pole 10 Nobz -Waagh banner -Painboy -boss pole 6x 30 Orks -Nob w/ power claw I've always wanted to do this. A massed horde of boyz ready to smash some heads. In my opinion it works just because there are to many wounds to stop them before they hit your lines.

Despite hours of hollaring at his boyz the intricate details of his battle plan, Warboss Snagruck couldn't hide the fact that it all boiled down to "GET 'EM" |

This is a bad list and you should feel bad.
Diversify your nobs.

Get some grots.

i ran it a few times, minus the nobz adding kommandos and changing the slugga boyz to shootas. it works well, not VERY well, i find a hybrid approach is better with other elements.
one thing, if you want to run this, you gotta get ghazzie in there, guaranteed 6 inch waaagh on all those boyz is a must.

Kudos to you for putting this out there man, but I'd have to agree that it's going to be quite hard to do well. You might have enthusiasm for this list now, but try putting 200+ models on the board everytime you want to play. I say you give it a go though, try and prove somebody wrong.

QFT
This list isn't bad though. some goof-balls were talking about taking shatty IG units that nobody in their right mind takes, as a meta-game to counter this list. ignore them. If your opponent has to taylor a list to deal with you you are doing it right. The dude who suggested Ghaz was dead on, too.

"All of the whining pisses me off... Somewhere some whiny girlyman reinterpreted sportsmanship to reflect the build and not the player. The build has nothing to do with sportsmanship and getting docked as such is ludicrous." -Inigo Montoya
That being said, I'll still give you a 0 if you bring more than 5 eldar skimmers. Don't be that guy.
Also, strippers. |

I enjoy when peoples first reactions is to counter something they see with something they never in their right mind will use. In any case, back on point, where are the PKS in those nobs, big choppas, as was said diversify, and it could be interesting but as with shootas you are gonna be shootin not runnin, this in my mind is a bad choice because this forces the nobz to hold back for cover. At this point cost as well, 20 wounds on one squad aint too difficult, and if those nobz get charged before the waaagh, you are in some serious S%^&. SO take this and rethink it a bit, or keep it and have fun!!

I imagine that the Nobs would pseudo hide behind a wall of boyz to prevent being charged and to insure that they can charge...
one glaring weakness of a true green tide is the lack of reach... the threat range for your models is about 12" and 13-18" for the crucial turn... If you were dealing with a HIghly mobile ranged force that could dance out of reach, you might have a few problems... I do not know how long they could dance out of reach before you smother them though...
Another problem is if your opponent takes advantage of cover and creates a Thermopolyae scenario for your orks... It would be fun to watch as the small elite forces battled the Green Horde...
