After playing a game tonight I have three rules questions.

1) If a Tank Rams another one, can the Soldiers inside shoot?

2) If a walker assualts another vehicles does it strike the rear armor?

3) If you Ram a Rhino with a Land Raider does the Rhino give way like in 4th edition if you fail to destroy it.

2) Yes, unless that vehicle is also a walker

3) You've just asked "like in 4th" - if you cant find the rule in 5th, then it doesnt exist. ramming replaces the equivalent tank shock of a tank.

1. Depends totally on how far the vehicle moved, if it rammed flat out then no they would not.

If it Moved 6" or Less: Yes.
If it Moved more than 6": No
