I'm trying to build a Tzeentch WoC army and want to have a unified color scheme based around the lord of change's colors... buuut this is causing problems because I want to use other marks in parts of the army when playing the game... Can anyone give some good suggestions on a good fluffy way to resolve my problem? I really want it to be a "Tzeentch" army, but some of the rules for other marks are hard to pass up...

example:
My khorne unit is in bright blues and purples, the same as that other unit of Tzeentch or Slaanesh... I have to explain this to every opponent... currently no story... = fail

Model marks as mutations and gifts. Say like Khorne are severely mutated with multiple arms and spines, Nurgle is covered in fire that makes them hard to hit, and Slaanesh has multiple eyes or something, not to sure.

Urm... Multiple arms and spines, fire and multiple eyes are all very Tzeentchian mutations.
Khorne followers just become more animalistic, daemonic and bloodthirsty.
Nurlge followers becomes bloated, diseased, pale and disgusting.
Slaanesh followers become more attractive, sometimes get tentacles, mouthes on various parts of their bodies and have the senses exemplified.

That's the point. They're Tzeentchian mutations, but they would help explain effects of other marks of chaos.

i would have something like.. their primary armor color is a nice blue... and then for khorne units, their shoulder/arm on one side is red (with proper marks of course)
