IoCG is all but a must. It's a beautiful upgrade that will prove itself extremely useful (and is arguably better than Fearless). I'd personally say take two Vindis or two Defilers and drop the other heavy option. You're 50 points over. A Havoc squad with 4 flamers would be an option to fill the other heavy slot and decimates hordes (people always assume it's scoring even if you tell them 90 times otherwise, so run them out front as a bonus). Since you have so many Champs, this is the perfect list for a Greater Daemon. I've almost always gotten my points back because you have so many options on where to summon it, and it's super fun too. When in doubt, just throw it in front of a Land Raider.

All that being said, the Heavy slots are the only things I have issue with. Love it otherwise.

Yes IoCG is a must. I would probably not run all those PF's on the champion. That arn't that great THB and thats a lot of points... For your heavy support, I like the pieplates. With the poins dropped from the PF's you might want to think about running another cheap vindicator. That would be fun, but dakka preds are still good.

You MUST keep the Fists. It gives your squads the ability to kill anything in the game. I've has a single CSM Squad take out a Wraithlords, Landraiders and one time Immobilize a Monolith. It obviously won't happen every time, but it's much better than getting tarpitted by a Dreadnought and gives you those couple of extra kills to win you the combat.

Revised it. Thinking of painting them either as The Reborn or maybe going mod-heavy as Death Shadows.

How does it look now?

Beautiful, target saturation, lotsa models with 3+ armor saves, tons of bolters, all in a happy meched up package.
As I go higher points with this kind of list I tend to avoid the DPs since they get shot down almost instantly. Pretty much unless you're taking a Lash Sorc or a special character that's actually worth it, WT DPs are definitely the next best thing (and Nurgle is perfect for getting into close combat and tarpitting until you kill them). Again, a Greater Daemon is awesome in this list, especially the more squads you have. You'll never ever have a bad spot for it to come in. Try experimenting with Assaulty havoc squads and you'll be even more in love. Ok, rambling done.
