sorry if some one has already posted this but, in the current white dwarf they hinted at the space wolves being realeased, by saying something along the lines of 'there has been some grumbles about the eavy metal team ordering large amounts of gray paint'

Yeah, people ignored that one for quite a while, discarding it as false.

In an effort to really get things down to the casual gamer level, and to continue with the FANTASTIC JOB the team has done on the new guard tank assembly, all 'Eavy Metal paintjobs will now be in the standard plastic gray. Now not only can little Timmy assemble models just like the team, he too can paint like 'Eavy Metal!

Maybe they are releasing plastic Krieg models as part of an IG second wave?

Or a Wissenland Empire army?

Or a LOTR 'Grey Havens' army?

Has no one suggested that a new grey paint may be about to be released? After all this is the catalogue known as White Dwarf.
I can imagine it now, "The new grey goes on so smoothly, it's being tested by the 'Eavy Metal team now and they all agree it to be the best paint we've ever released!"
Cue full page adverts and GW employees asking us "Have you tried the new grey paing yet, only £4 a pot?"

I think the biggest space wolves hint ever would be a full-page of WD that says "WE'RE WORKING ON SPACE WOLVES NOW!!!"

I don't think GW really goes for the subtlety to do that kind of hype-generation. Not that they really need to...

Working on someting you'll either love or hate. Hopefully to be revealed by November.

Well, you get another one in July's WD:

"Jeremy Vetock, a guy who's usually very affable, seems to have sufferred a significant personality change. He lurks in dark corners of the Studio, munching strange green candies and calling anyone who approaches a 'dirty man-thing'."

(translated from French, but you get the drift. )

i'll agree that maybe independantly they don't hold much water, but as they have been produced in WD a month or so apart then i think that they could be good hints

Yeah, the green candies and 'dirty man-thing' comment sounds like Warpstone and Skaven speech to me.

I think they're making a whole range of Gandalf the Grey models. Use them as proxies for anything; heck, there's even a cheerleader for Bloodbowl.

Techinically the SW use space wolf grey which really isn't grey at all.

Lies! Everyone knows that the new army always wins in the battle reports! Even if it's the only battle they'll ever win....

SPACE WOLVES ARE OUT IN OCTOBER

This agrees with what I've heard as well. October appears to be a sure thing for Space Wolves.
