I dread to think...

I was reading my friends Nid army list today, and i saw he had put nearly all of the head options (Implant attack, bio plasma etc.) on his Carnifex. I thought this was a bit dodgy, but when i looked at the codex it didn't say anything about not doing it. Does anyone have any thoughts on this, or am i completely mad??

Indeed.
As for modelling the Upgrades, as you can have multiple upgrades, it is best to either Magnetise the Heads, or make it Abundantly clear what Upgrades the 'fex has PRE GAME
Of course anything beyond dual Devourers and Enhanced Senses is a Waste IMO

Honestly it gets more (positive) comments than any of my models. Especially from wysiwyg point of view.

Unless you are facing mechanized Guard and need some tank crushing ability.
