Just want some feedback on a 750 point lists I've got. C&C would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm....

Replace the Chaos Lord with a Daemon Prince. An MEQ with P-Fist can Instant-Death him, IIRC.

There's no point in putting a Plasma Gun on a Chaos Marine when your Vindicator can easily remove infantry. A Daemon Prince would be immune to Instant Death, and he'd have an extra wound to say the least. Your Chaos Marines have been re-tooled for Anti-Vehicular, but they can still lay down the firepower and the P-Fists can Instant Kill Captains and what not.

Lash prince(s) is extremely boring...

But honestly,lord is less competitve than prince and sorceror. If you decided to take him,give him a mark and some better weapons.

Yeah, take a winged DP.
He can hide behind the Rhinos.

Drop the plasma pistol and give the squad another melta. Power swords are not really worth it.

That's not a Lash Prince, it's just a prince with MoS, which is the cheapest mark. Better to lose a few points elsewhere, skip the mark, and get wings, though.

Hmmm, my only problem with a DP is that my LoC is still underconstruction and I will not be abl to finish AND paint him by the tourny. I could swap out the Lord for a Sorcerer (naked with warptime?).

I'm going to try to get another two melta gun before the tourny.
