Can Chaplain Lemartes be put into a Rhino? I am trying to figure out the rules for a unit that has a jump pack, but has no rule saying they can remove the jump pack to get into a rhino. Anyone know where I can get clarification on this?

This is not true. Only infantry may embark on transports (p66), not any other kind of unit types.

In the BA codex, veteran assault marines and regular assault marines can trade in their jump packs for a rhino at no cost. Lemartes, as a special character, doesn't have that rule. If you want a chaplain in your rhino, you'll have to use a normal chaplain. You'll save 25 points, have options for a plasma pistol, storm bolter etc. The only real downside is the loss of the extra wound that Lemartes has.

In the third edition codex you had the option to field Lemartes without a jump pack.

I knew about the AM and the VAM, and that is why I was unsure about lemartes. I may just field corbulo instead.
