Wow! I like this list

Let me preface this by saying I do not play lizardmen, but I did purchase the codex, read it obsessively, and read a lot of army lists . Yours does not look like any I've seen, which is pretty cool!

Why have all 3 razordons as one unit? Similar question for the Terradons, could you afford one more and split them into two separate units (to go MSU-style even more)? It seems like these squads would be more effective as separate units.

Also, you weren't tempted by the Blade of Realities? I have a feeling the build on your Carnosaur is more competitive, but that other weapon is incredibly cool . Since the Carnosaur is not a large target, what are you going to do with it to try to hide it / get it into combat?

The main downfall of this list I think would be someone getting your carnosaur into combat too soon, and then leading it off the table, since it's the only CC punch you have other than the steggies. I'd love to hear what your planned strategy is with this list!

That's an excelen question, the razordons are now split. With terradons i was going for 2x3 but couldn't spare the points from nowhere..

Blade of realities is an excelent character killer in challenges, but since my armys strinking force lies on carnosaur and the steggies, the carnosaur lord has to have ability to mow down regular troops. Though he still is a tough piece in a challenge..

My chameleon skinks are going behind enemy lines to slow down movement, and thus giving me more time to organize a combined attack of carnosaur + steggy, while razordons, skinks and the other steggy keep harrasing other threats and stalling them so that my carno + steggy have time to re-organize after first combats..

That sounds good

I'm thinking that the extra terradon would be really worth it, though! You could drop a few chameleon skinks, or the extra handlers. It would just be really handy to have that as two units!

I forgot to mention, I'm really liking your skink priest set up as far as magic defense goes. The rod gives +2 to dispell rolls, right? So if you're facing VC or anyone who likes to cast spells on a single roll (like the raising spells) you've got an excellent chance to dispel with just one dice!

Yup, i was thinking the same thing. Need to think some options and see if i could fit in the extra terradon for 2x3 unit config..

Actually the Rod of Storm gives you the Uranon's Thunderbolt as a bound spell with power level of 6.

Oh! Darn... I "misremembered" :-/ (my codex was the victim of a swapshop trade since I ended up going with high elves!)

I'm not real big on one-use bound items (for HE there's a bound item which can be used every turn and seems worth it). Maybe others can comment, but I wonder if there might be a better way to outfit your second priest?

A Wardrum is a good option for skink priests, so the stego can tromp around and not worry about march blocking, and your skinks nearby have a better chance of rallying after fleeing a charge.
