It's a very adult oriented skirmish game with a horror theme.
The rules are a little different than anything I've ever played before.
The weapons rules are a little more complicated than the other minis games I've ever played but work quite well. You have the option to loot dead characters of their gear and in some cases even feed on their corpses to replenish your health depending on the character you are using.The thrown weapons rules are quite nifty and the fear effect element is a major mechanic that is often used like energy or focus is in other games. It's the first time I've ever seen a reload action in a minis game but it fits perfectly because bullets are a precious commodity and sometimes you will get nailed by a melee armed opponent who has managed to get the drop on you while you are reloading if you're not careful.The game has a very cinematic feel to it and the scenarios are often story based.
I like the open force construction rules and the Agenda rules. (Open build vs. Faction specific build).
The miniatures are very well sculpted (30mm) and have a very hard edge horror element. The humor is dark without being cartoonish.
This game isn't geared toward the preteen or younger crowd like horror clix was. This is a 17+ year old R-rated horror game.

Cool idea for a game and cool minis, but sadly no on in my game club is all that interested other then myself and one other guy...
