I bought 3 BWs at a FLGS auction. Picked up the ork codex and started thinking about possibilities. I want to go with a fully mechanized list
(painted red for fluffyness) so I know that means leaving out some of the better choices in the codex (like lootas and kans/dreads). The only
other models I have are 18 mega nobs I got used a few months ago. I'm not so sure I want to use them though.

I'm posting my theoretical list and would like to hear from any veteran ork bosses about anything i may be missing.

Ok first off i don't see the point of haveing pks on your kkf meks. I burna maybe if they are going to be with the burna boys. 18 shoota boys? no big shootas? get them with the points leaft over from the loss of the pks.

Your trukks seem to have too many points in them.
all your need is renforced ram and red paint. every thing else is a waste of points seeing that they are only av 11 and pop easy.

Have the burna boys with no mek boy. they are worthless.

ok your battle wagons need to be transports or gun platforms. don't put a deffrolla and killakanoon on the same battle wagon seeing you won't use the 70 point killa kanoon if your using the deffrolla. and won't be using the deff rolla if your just sitting their just shooting.

Too many rokkit launchers. RL's belong, twin linked, on Buggies or Kopters. KMB's should only ever be put on Kans.

Ok, I've stripped my battlewagons down quite a bit.

The reason I had so many RLs in my first list was for AT capability. I figured my boyz could take shots at armor while moving in their open topped vehicles. And seeing as ork shooting is so poor I thought the more the merrier.

Here is a different list that maximizes the use of burnas transpoted in the BWs instead of boyz. So I'd want to get close, burn and assault. Repeat.

For some AT I'm adding 6 buggies w/TLRLs.
