We have (at this point) a 7 page long discussion on whether you can assault Chronus if you toast his ride. Rather than argue endlessly (because the raw really IS unclear), let's just vote! The wording of your options skews the results closer to a "logical" point of view, but WH40K has nothing to do with logic, its a game with rules. If you had posted a poll explaining both viewpoints insted of comic relief then I think you would gather much different results.
