I'm somewhat limited by the models I have, but this is what I've come up with:
Lord of Change with Boon and Breath
Blue Scribes
6 x Flamers with bolt
10 x Horrors including bolt and Changeling
20 x Bloodletters with Icon
20 x Daemonettes with Icon
17 x Plaguebearers with Icon
15 x Flesh Hounds
3 x Soul Grinder with Tongue
I've tried to limit the number of KP I'd be giving up (I originally had 4 HoT on chariots). And normally I prefer Phlegm, but I'm tired relying on CC to take down massed vehicles, and it will only be worse at 2500 points. I usually don't use Icons either, but again things can be different at 2500--the table can get really crowded. If anyone has any suggestions, I am not totally against buying a few models. Thanks in advance!

Why not field the LoC as the Fateweaver? This is billed as the most competitive event in the country. I like all of the big troop choices!

I was trying to resist, but I guess I could trade 2 plaguebearers for the upgrade to Fateweaver. As is, the only lists I'm really afraid of are massed Landraiders and anyone with Null Zone.

+1 on Fateweaver, the re-roll saves bubble is a game changer, and you are going to need all the help you can get.

What about psyker battle squads? one weaken resolve against weaver and all the IG player has to do is score a single wound and he'll run off the table due to ld.2

Yea, I am a little weary of relying on one model too. I had many bad experiences with my old Epidemius list.
