The other day I was playing a game where the opposing player was attempting to clog up a floor to where my models dont fit and I can't assault because my model bases won't fit. Are you abe to do this? Or if I make room do i push his models to make room? How does that work?

When this happens it is perfectly acceptable to place models as close to their foe as is safely possible to their opponents including the level below or above, providing that you place the model as close as possible to their opponents and you make clear to your opponent which of your models are in base-to-base contact with his models......
Emphasis mine.

The idea is that it takes extra effort and time to write properly, and they’d rather save the time. If you can still be understood, what’s the harm? While most of the time a sloppy post CAN be understood, the use of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling is generally seen as respectable and desirable on most forums. It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. By making this effort, you can often elicit more positive responses from the community, and instantly mark yourself as someone worth talking to.

And tell your opponent that's a really low tactic as well.

Not low, it's just sad, because it doesn't work,
